The Investigation Department of Hawally Governorate could arrest an Arab Person after receiving many notifications according to the large number of thefts by breaking the car's windows in Hawally Governorate. The Acting Interior Assistant Undersecretary of the Criminal Security Affairs Maj. Gen. Sheikh/ Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Khalifa Al-Sabah issued his directives to take the necessary measures which 's followed by the Acting Director General of the Criminal Investigation Department Brig. Mahmoud Al-Tabakh. The Director of the Investigation Department of Hawally Col. Abdul-Rahman Al-Sohail formed a team for collecting information and intensifying the investigations in order to arrest the offenders, and according to this, the accused was arrested in his possession the used tools in breaking car's windows, sums of money and some of the stolen goods.
After his confronting of what has attributed to him, he confessed that he was stealing cars specially the cars of the bank customers . He admitted that he was following them after their leaving and in their possession sums of money envelopes and then he stole this amount by breaking the car's windshield.
Moreover, he also confessed that he spent this money at the same time and purchase electronic devices and then he shipped it to abroad as the seizures were found in his possession. As a result, the seizures have been referred to the Jurisdiction Authority.
